Which Way in 2022? With an abundance of energy and a zeal to work this successful well- known leader was struck with a life-changing event, head on! It appeared that all was going his way until, suddenly there was just One Way, and it was not his! God was able to get his attention on that road to Damascus beginning a whole new existence! Acts 9 As the proud and powerful king tarried in Jerusalem on a warm and beautiful evening the temptation to choose his own way led to pain, disappointment, impact on an entire nation and yes even death! David’s life would never be the same again! 2 Samuel It seemed they were a dedicated couple who only desired to give to God’s work after selling a piece of property. But was it so? Their way ended in death to them both within the space of three hours. Acts 5: 1-11 She was a beautiful queen who found that she had indeed come to the kingdom for such a time as this. Not her way but God’s way! Esther 4:14 Whatever they are termed, new years’ resolutions or new goals, they must all be chosen! As those above made choices, so we must do today. While the above life situations took place many years ago, the Word tells us that all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16 Therefore the principles we see in scripture apply to our lives today!
