While I had planned to begin a series entitled, “For Such A time as this”,the Lord reminded me of this week designated to celebrate His ultimate sacrifice. Hence, even though we have been attacked by an invisible enemy and sadness is all around us, we can look up and have that blessed hope, for He loved us with a cross. He Loved us with a cross As I awakened my thoughts race, Oh Jesus the Bible or the news, But I know it is your power that I must choose. And you loved me with a Cross! So many suffering and thousands loosing so much, But oh Jesus, you understand suffering, and know we need your powerful and loving touch. For you loved us with a cross! Hearing story after story, Loss and more loss, Jesus, what would you have me do, then I look up and remember you loved me with a cross! Now I know, yes protect myself, yes pray and then act! He did, and He said when you have done it unto the least of these…, it is a fact! Show me what I can give, who I can help with my means, who needs a call, a smile, even behind a mask.
