“.. and who knoweth whether thou are come for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14
The time had now come for Esther to make her move! Sensing confidence from her time with God, the young queen stood in the outer court of the king’s house awaiting his decision. Suddenly she saw that the golden scepter had been extended and knew she could safely approach the throne.
What would be your question at the point? Would you be able to clearly remember? Surprisingly Esther asked the king and his assistant to come to lunch two days in succession!
What could this mean? Remember Esther had prayed and asked God for strength and direction; And He is always faithful. They are to be His plans not hers/ours!
Jer. 29:11-13
In this COVID-19 crisis, even though Satan’s plan, God will allow good to emerge. While many are falling asleep (dying), they do not die alone. He has promised to never leave nor forsake us (Heb. 13:5 last part).
This is a tremendous comfort to me. As this amazing story moves toward a conclusion, we find that Esther, her uncle, Mordecai, and her people are saved. So will it be with you and me as we are faithful. Write and let met know how He has been faithful to you.
May you find peace in the midst of this storm, for with Him all things are possible! Luke 1:37. Until next time remember that where sin abounds grace doeth much more abound! Rom. 5:20
