“Follow the Star, right where you are!”

Each morning when you rise,
His mercies are new, see His face shining through, the morning skies!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

He who is The Way,
Will be your light, every day!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

Mountains high or valleys with shadows low,
No matter; the Star shines brightly wherever you go.
Follow the Star, right where you are!

Paths leading here, paths leading there, which one to take?
He who has gone before you will whisper, the straight one, and you will make no mistakes.
Follow the Star, right where you are!

Winds blowing fierce, so cold,
Stay in the ship, His love is warm and His strength untold!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

Sudden despair, disease, even death, so quickly fills our lives.
But the One who sees and knows,
Will grow our faith through them all and in His love, we can even thrive!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

Standing alone, His hand held tight!
His example before us, His presence and unchanging might!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

If you are little, no matter your age, His desire is for you to be saved.
Won’t you open your heart? It was for you that His life he gave!
Follow the Star, right where you are!

His coming so close and quickly will be,
Now is the time to prepare, helping all those about you, His face to see!
Follow the Star, right where you are!
