Love in tight places – Part 2 Unknowns loomed everywhere! The storm’s impact was overwhelming! Confusion and disbelief reigned. It seemed the only option was to find a place to hide from the whole world, and in the process attempt, with churning minds, to understand what they had just witnessed. Sound familiar? Yes this is a snap shot of Christ s’ disciples after His death on Calvary. They became a small band of fear-filled men whose hopes had been dashed and were actually running for their lives! In the midst of this devastating and never to be forgotten historical event, God showed His incredible power and love for His children, even though they forsook and denied Him. Love in an incredibly tight place! And no matter your circumstances he waits to demonstrate this same “tight-place” love and care for you! Your world may seem confused and overwhelmingly dark.. Whether it is relationship difficulties, childcare issues, financial or personal valleys or another attempt to live at peace with yourself, nothing is too hard for Him! Jer. 32:17. Those disciples had given up as they hid in that upper room and received the unbelievable news that their Lord was no longer dead!!! This Son of man, designer and giver of amazing grace, is now alive forevermore! So claim His promise and His power, remembering that where sin abounds (His) grace does much more abound!
