Hello and February blessings!

So much has happened since our last short time together! I was greatly blessed by the winter convocation at Hartland Institute. Dr. Phil Mills, one of my classmates at Columbia Union College, now Columbia University, was the speaker and shared beautiful and practical lessons related to knowing the time and sensing that we have been called for such a time as this!

Again, I had the opportunity to be part of the Sabbath afternoon concert and in doing so made new friends and shared information about Grace Abounds Ministries.

As 2019 unfolds I have been praying hard and listening for our Lord’s voice. And little did I know that before the month closes, I would receive a call which would open a door for Grace Abounds Ministries to be promoted nation-wide!

A few weeks ago, I was listening to one of my favorite talk shows, American Indian Living on a radio station that my church promotes in the Rocky Mount area. Dr. David DeRose, a well-known physician/health educator and pastor, is the Host. He has a rich background in lifestyle medicine and has spent time working for the underserved natïve American population. The listening audience is invited to call in with any questions, and I called.

Later I received a return call from Dr. DeRose himself and as we talked, I was able to share some of my background and mentioned that I have a vocal ministry. He was interested in my health work/ministry and asked if he could interview me. I was amazed! Well, it all came together with prayer and will be aired in the near future! As I was able to share my life’s journey, I was also given the opportunity to promote the ministry and my availability for concerts!

Brothers and sisters, little did I know when I awakened that morning that by the end of the day, I would be taping a program that would be heard nationwide! Let us never forget that His mercies are new every morning and that His faithfulness to us is great! Keep your eyes fixed on the Author and finisher of our faith and remember that where sin abounds, grace doeth much more abound! Rom. 5:20
